Do you work with properties outside Lisbon and Porto, or in more remote parts of Portugal?
Yes. My Home Styled works with properties across all of Portugal, including Alentejo, the Algarve, and rural areas. Our process is fully remote-friendly, based on photos, measurements, and a short questionnaire — no in-person visit required.
I live abroad and manage my property remotely — can you still help?
Yes. Most of our Portugal clients manage their property from another country. We work entirely through photos, video calls, and our design questionnaire, so you never need to be on-site until your finished space is ready.
Can you help style an Alojamento Local (holiday rental) property?
Yes. Styling holiday rentals is one of our most common projects. We design interiors specifically to perform well on Airbnb and Booking.com — photogenic, durable, and guest-ready, built to hold up to frequent turnover.
Is the first 3D render really free?
Yes, genuinely free with no obligation. It's how every project starts — you see the potential of your space before spending anything.
How long does the process take, from first contact to a finished room?
Your first 3D render is delivered within 48 hours of completing our questionnaire. From there, full installation timelines depend on your chosen package and furniture lead times — most single-room projects are completed within 3-6 weeks.
Do I have to buy everything you recommend?
No. Our shopping lists are flexible — you can purchase everything at once or gradually, and we'll happily adapt recommendations to your budget or items you already own.
Is pricing fixed?
Pricing depends on your chosen package — Inspire, Curated, or White Glove — and the scope of your property. You'll receive a clear quote after completing our questionnaire.
Do you carry out renovations or structural work (obras)?
No. My Home Styled is not a renovation or construction company — we don't handle demolition, electrical, plumbing, or structural work. Instead, we transform spaces through furniture, colour, lighting, layout, and décor, revealing what's already there without the cost or disruption of major renovation.
